Visit to Phara Farm...teaser...

I know I promised to post about this right away, but have been busy keeping up with everything so here is just a little bit to tide you over...

The visit was wonderful, although brief, and we visited with Joan at Fancier Farm as well where we played with Gloria Bowman's trio (Kyobi Rihma and her two colts, The Ebony Sun (2010 by Burgundy Sun) and The Moniet Sun (2009 by The Sun Prince)) of Belle Cheval. Rihma and The Ebony Sun are pastured with the Sun Heiress, and make quite a picturesque family!

I got to love on all of the horses and stay in Annette's lovely home with her precious German Shephard, Tutti, and the stray orange male cat that has adopted Phara Farm as it's home.

My flight is booked, we will be at Phara Farm the 28th/29th of July!!

We are so thrilled to be making this trip finally, words can not express the joy and excitement here at our home! My loving husband is so supportive that he rushed out and bought a new digital camcorder for my trip so that I would have lots of memory on the camcorder and no need to pack extra tapes or equipment.

Look for lots of updates when I return home...

Phara Farm Visit

While we anxiously await the arrival of the two Phara foals this Spring, we plan our trip out for the visit we hope will be the weekend after the second foal is delivered.

With The Sun Heiress due in March (to The Sun Prince) and Kyobi Rihma, owned by Gloria Bowman of Belle Cheval, due in April (to Burgundy Sun) it is easy to see what all the excitement is about. Heiress's foal will be a half-sibling to the handsome young stallions Pharao and The Sun Dynasty, and Rihma's foal will be a half sibling to the exotic and lovely young colt The Moniet Sun.

We look forward to taking lots of photos and video, so keep an eye on the Phara Heritage website and blog!!
